Operational Resilience Risk Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to lead our Operational Resilience Team in Sydney. As a key member of our Risk Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in providing an independent view of Macquarie's operational resilience risk profile and advise Macquarie businesses in the management of Resilience, Concentration, and Supplier Risk.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice and oversight of our resilience and supplier risk framework associated policies and support the business implementation of frameworks.
- Support the continued embedment of operational resilience and outsourcing regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thematic reviews over critical operations and material third-party suppliers.
- Develop analytics, drive risk profile monitoring, and metrics for Senior Management.
- Review operational resilience issues and incidents, and provide recommendations.
- Previous experience in operational resilience programs and third-party risk management within the financial services sector.
- Detailed knowledge of operational resilience, outsourcing, and third-party risk management regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, providing stakeholders with clear and succinct reporting and recommendations.
