Cloud Technical Operations Specialist

As a Cloud Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational support of the Department's cloud environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts from Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other observability tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery configurations within Azure for critical workloads.
  • Assist in maintaining hybrid connectivity and integration with on-premises infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Must hold minimum Baseline Clearance.
  • Prior experience as a Cloud Support Specialist is highly desirable.
