Requirements

  • Prior governance experience and ideally be a Graduate or Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (or willing to undertake governance training)
  • A philosophy of innovation, contemporary thinking, and a dedication to building a culture that embodies MIC's Values of Courage, Respect, Generosity, and Integrity
  • Commercial acumen, credibility in your area of expertise, and exceptional presence
  • Understanding of the legal, ethical, fiduciary, and financial responsibilities of a Board Director
  • The ability to probe, question, and offer thought-provoking and perceptive insights
  • No conflicts of interest in relation to MIC's business and a clear National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
