Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional support to customers in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of finding creative solutions to unique problems and be able to communicate thoughtfully to provide answers to questions for both technical and non-technical end users.

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for owning, investigating and resolving complex software issues, proposing work-arounds for customers and accurately documenting activities and findings in case management system.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with colleagues in other support centres and departments to focus on customer experience and contribute to digital self-help materials promoting faster problem resolution for our customers.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a desire to learn and grow with the company.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in Application Support function within an ASX top 100 business
  • Proficiency working with and understanding software architecture, software unit testing and other aspects of the SDLC
