This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing human and material resources. As a senior nurse manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of the ward, coordinating evidence-based nursing care, and participating in marketing initiatives to promote growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to the ward, participating in working parties/committees, demonstrating commitment to continuous quality improvements, and undertaking direct patient care as required. A high degree of computer literacy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage human and material resources are essential requirements.

A minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in surgical nursing, is required. Postgraduate qualifications in nursing or a commitment to obtaining same are desirable. Recent management experience at ANUM level or higher is also highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base rate of $125,000 per annum for full-time hours, in line with our enterprise agreement. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on a challenging leadership role, we encourage you to apply.
