As a People and Culture Advisor, you will provide advice and consultancy services to managers and staff at Cohuna District Hospital, working collaboratively to build strong relationships and develop innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to interpret and apply multiple awards and enterprise agreements. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
