Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Planning & Optimisation: Develop and implement robust inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across the APAC region. Monitor and analyse inventory performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives to reduce excess inventory and stockouts.
  • Stock Management: Oversee end-to-end stock management, including demand forecasting, replenishment, and distribution. Ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time to meet customer needs while minimising carrying costs.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase overall productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimise supply chain performance. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to minimise disruptions.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on inventory planning and stock management within the services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing regional supply chain operations across Australia and ideally the APAC region.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with supply chain software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
