Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple streams of work and drive collaboration between project teams, operations, and stakeholders.
  • Manage, monitor, and audit each phase of implementation, including project plans and budgets.
  • Proactively anticipate project deviations and take corrective action to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead large-scale projects, directing cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain design and improve logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging continuous improvement methodologies to drive business results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in IT Project/Program Management, with a focus on system migration, integration, and data migration.
  • Experience in large-scale projects, leadership, and implementation in a logistics/supply chain or FMCG environment.
  • Experience directing cross-functional teams, utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize supply chain design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prince2/PMP/IPMA certifications (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Project methodology qualifications, including Agile and Waterfall management experience.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of warehousing, distribution, and WMS systems.
