Personal Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our dedicated team, providing personal care and emotional support to residents in a specialised Dementia Wing.

About the Role

This varied and rewarding role involves delivering engaging lifestyle programs and activities tailored to the individual interests of our residents, as well as daily living support to ensure they feel safe, valued, and connected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents
  • Deliver meaningful and fun activities designed to promote engagement and enjoyment
  • Support residents to participate in daily life with confidence
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled and experienced team
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Individual Support
  • Passion for delivering exceptional lifestyle programs and working in dementia care environments
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships
