About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Events Coordinator. This is a part-time internship opportunity that will provide you with hands-on experience in event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including third-party and owned events, from concept to completion.
  • Contribute to the development of event marketing strategies and communications plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Research and recommend venues, suppliers, and entertainment options for in-person events.
  • Manage event logistics, including on-the-day management and coordination.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
About You
  • Current student with a passion for marketing and events.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and Hubspot, is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic start-up culture and contribute new ideas.
