Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Caraniche Pty, a leading provider of innovative psychological and behavioral health services. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating contracted services, interfacing with key stakeholders, and overseeing the team's delivery of alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment and mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of AOD treatment and mental health services to voluntary and forensic clients
- Interface with key stakeholders, including referring bodies and government agencies
- Oversee the team's delivery of services, including face-to-face and telehealth counseling, care and recovery coordination, and comprehensive AOD assessments and treatment planning
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other managers to lead the business unit and contribute to the broader strategic plans for Caraniche
- Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally Social Work or Psychology with relevant registration
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader and/or several years of clinical delivery experience within AOD and/or mental health treatment settings
