Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Engage with participants, ensuring their welfare and addressing any concerns throughout the trial process.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners to enhance participant enrolment and retention strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of study protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Medical degree with unrestricted General or Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Principal Investigator or Clinical Trial Investigator, with experience in clinical trials.
  • Open to training medical professionals looking to change to clinical trials.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
