We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive strategic financial management, accounting and compliance within our organization.

Job Description

This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our enterprise by developing and facilitating the delivery of financial strategies and operational plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Foster a culture of informed decision making and commercial acumen to align with strategic priorities.
  2. Lead the Finance Department, driving business growth through effective leadership and collaboration.
  3. Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance organizational performance and contribute to company success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Experience in strategic planning, organisational governance, risk management and change management.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial thinking, coupled with exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in MS Office and ERP systems.

This position requires a finance professional with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
