We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a critical role that ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant order processing.

This position is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and minimising errors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain order data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to resolve issues and improve service
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  1. Order Processing: Manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and minimising errors
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  3. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders and transactions
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in sales order processing or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
