As a key strategic leader in the energy sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving Squadron's vision for a sustainable future. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to renewable energy and mitigate climate change.

The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute a comprehensive Australia-wide policy and regulatory strategy that aligns with Squadron's business objectives. This will involve close collaboration with leadership, external affairs, and communications teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and brand positioning.

You will be responsible for managing Squadron's relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, and other key stakeholders to influence energy policy and drive business growth. A key part of this role is to support the CEO in ensuring Squadron is well-positioned to deliver large-scale energy projects and investments.

This senior-level position requires a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of energy policy, regulation, and market dynamics. You will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence effectively.
