Grill'd Drive Thru Restaurant Manager

As a Grill'd Drive Thru Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities include: managing profit and loss statements, budgets, and KPIs; recruiting, training and developing staff; maintaining high standards of food safety and quality; promoting a positive and inclusive work environment; driving engagement and results with the team.

  • Restaurant Management

    • Lead a team of 20-50 staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include: assisting with staff management and development, maintaining high standards of customer service and quality, managing cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant team.

  • Supporting Restaurant Operations
    • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management
    • Provide support to the Restaurant Manager during busy periods or absences
    • Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
