We are looking for an experienced team leader to join our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and leading by example.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily operations, including scheduling, staff management and inventory control
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a passion for food and drink and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen and front of house areas
  • Working closely with the chef and other members of the team to deliver seasonal menus and promotions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and scheduling software
