About The Role

  • Lead a team of 20–50 staff members and drive engagement and results with support from Area Managers.
  • Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
  • Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance.
  • Grow your crew by checking in with them, conducting performance reviews, and developing their skills.
  • Champion your Community by running our Local Matters program to engage local groups.

Key Responsibilities:
