Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
  • Operate across the venue, encompassing the restaurant, bar, and functions.
  • Oversee the front-of-house operational aspects of the business.
  • Audit and adhere to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue while maintaining cost control.
  • Ensure superior service and quality to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior leader.
  • Maintain current market knowledge and leverage this to execute promotional concepts that boost business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality management.
  • Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Experience in managing financial aspects of a business.
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certification is essential.
  • First aid certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Approved Managers Certificate is also preferred but not necessary.
