Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead project groups in developing survey tools, metrics, dashboards, reports, and oncology monitoring plans with analytical and statistical focus.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and NextGen, as well as experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, and X12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, including clinical electronic information systems
  • Present business analyses to non-analytical audiences, such as administrators and clinicians
  • Contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives that align with the organization's strategic direction

This role involves working across functional areas, demonstrating expertise in data extraction and reporting, and collaborating with Clinical Intelligence and IT teams to define reporting solutions.
