Job Opportunity: Healthcare Business Analyst
\We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work across functional areas, demonstrating expertise in clinical electronic information systems for data extraction and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, experience with healthcare interoperability standards, and a deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS regulations.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop and implement business solutions using clinical electronic information systems\
- Interpret business data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports\
- Collaborate with Clinical Intelligence and IT teams, as well as subject matter experts, to define reporting solutions\
- Facilitate project groups in developing survey tools, metrics, dashboards, reports, and oncology monitoring plans with an analytical and statistical focus\
- Present business analyses to non-analytical audiences, such as administrators and clinicians\

Requirements:
\- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain\
- Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, NextGen, etc.)\
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, etc.)\
- Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and other healthcare regulations\

\- Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow diagrams, and system analysis\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach\
