Job Opportunity

The Site Service Supervisor role is a key position within our organization.

As a Site Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing service activities and ensuring scheduled work is completed efficiently.

This is a true leadership role, requiring skills in managing customer escalations, troubleshooting solutions to site service issues and improving the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise service technicians in the field
- Manage customer escalations and resolve site service issues
- Improve the customer experience by implementing effective solutions

**Requirements:**

We are looking for someone with experience in the building industry, preferably with a joinery or handyman background. A trade certification and ability to interpret product specifications are desirable.

You will have:

- Windows and/or Doors experience manufacturing custom orders
- Installation experience - qualifying fault with product vs install
- Ability to work between core business hours of 7am - 4:30pm
