Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Strategist to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective information security strategies to protect our clients' data and systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Cyber / IT technical delivery, IT audit, internal controls, or risk management. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive security risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
  • Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies to protect client data and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures into existing processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, providing expert advice on best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on security protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Cyber / IT technical delivery, IT audit, internal controls, or risk management.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
