The Role:

You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by ensuring cleanliness standards are met. This includes ensuring the presentation of the hotel is of high standard in cleanliness and appearance. Cleaning all general areas, including bathrooms, and replenishing amenities to the highest quality and efficiency is essential. Ensuring guest rooms are maintained to a high standard in cleanliness and presentation is crucial. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities efficiently. Responding promptly to guest requests for amenities or additional items is vital.

About You:

Your skills will include excellent organization and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail in cleaning and presentation. A commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting quality standards is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
