As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

About the Role
  • Clean guest rooms to include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors and corridors to the hotel's high standards.
  • Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities such as toiletries and towels.
  • Refill, replace and store linen correctly to ensure efficiency and safety in housekeeping operations.
  • Report any maintenance requirements or lost property following established procedures.
  • Maintain, use and store equipment properly to prevent damage and reduce risk of injury.
  • Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning while adhering to safe work practices and guidelines.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
About You
  • Be willing to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Demonstrate a friendly and customer-focused attitude to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit initiative to ensure positive interactions with guests and contribute to a seamless service delivery.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and previous experience in cleaning, customer service or hospitality.
  • Display excellent communication skills and maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation at all times.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have previous experience handling chemicals and cleaning equipment.
  • Understand basic hygiene requirements and safe working practices.
