Front Office Ambassador

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Front Office team in Sydney.
This role will involve delivering exceptional guest experiences and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth guest journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival
- Assist with luggage, directions, and general guest inquiries
- Offer local knowledge and concierge-style recommendations
- Maintain the presentation of lobby and entrance areas
- A valid Australian driver's license
- Confidence in driving both automatic and manual vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Physical capability to manually handle luggage, and stand for extended periods
- Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays
- The ability to legally work in Australia on an ongoing basis
