About the Role:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational practices
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
  • Champion excellence in educational practice and lead transformative changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
