About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our curriculum team as Assistant Principal – Learning and Teaching.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the Principal to drive strategic initiatives and improve teacher effectiveness. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of all students.

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise with teachers to develop and review curriculum frameworks and learning programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on pedagogical best practices and educational innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets for curriculum development and implementation.
  • Foster partnerships with external agencies to enhance student learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education leadership, preferably in a secondary school setting.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes through innovative curriculum design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents.
