Training Excellence Lead:

This position oversees the delivery of quality training programs, ensuring compliance and excellence. As a Training Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of trainers, maintaining high-quality course content, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will utilize instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and assessment processes to drive business success. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure learners receive a positive educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of trainers in delivering accredited qualifications
  • Maintain and improve high-quality course content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field (desired)
  • Extensive experience in managing and delivering training programs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for accredited qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and educational technologies
  • Sound understanding of assessment and validation processes
  • Experience in quality assurance and compliance within an educational setting
  • Relevant certifications in training and assessment
