Optimisation Expert

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in streamlining systems, processes, and data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update internal systems with the latest information.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data across multiple platforms.
  • Standardise validation processes to remove duplication and errors.
  • Define and maintain cost and recharge data for items not included in menu or handling prices.
  • Create and automate reports for costing, pricing, and revenue recovery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system capability meets business needs.
  • Deliver accurate and standardised reports and summaries.
  • Conduct complex analysis and challenge key business assumptions.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
  • Role model organisational values and maintain a safety-first approach in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Background in Management Accounting or Finance Management.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement.
  • Airline industry or manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
