Drive Pricing Excellence:

We're seeking a talented specialist to join our Pricing Strategy team.

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for driving technical excellence across pricing initiatives, designing and evaluating pricing solutions, and building capabilities to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialise in driving technical excellence across pricing teams
  • Work on pricing strategic initiatives to enhance critical pricing capabilities
  • Design, experiment, build and evaluate innovative pricing solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and quantitative analyses to stakeholders

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in analytical disciplines such as Actuarial, Mathematical, Statistics or Data Science
  • 5+ years of experience in general insurance pricing or a related field; familiarity with relevant legislation and regulatory environment
  • Experience building dashboards (e.g. R Shiny, Tableau) and programming with analytical software (e.g. R, Python, SAS, SQL); Earnix experience is advantageous
  • Experience with pricing methods (GBM, GLM) and pricing model design, build and evaluation
  • Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, multivariate testing and optimisation; behavioural models are desirable
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders
