Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Portfolio Manager to join our team.

This role will play a critical part in strengthening governance, delivery execution and strategic alignment for our overall Technology portfolio across IT, OT and Digital.

The successful candidate will lead a unified portfolio function that drives excellence in governance and engagement frameworks, coordinating business demand while establishing clear prioritisation frameworks for technology investments.

Key responsibilities include developing effective roadmapping processes, standardising delivery methodologies and implementing comprehensive performance monitoring, risk management and compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in leading complex project portfolios and delivery teams, with experience in implementing delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.

They will also have a strategic perspective, anticipating challenges and opportunities and making informed decisions. Effective use of strategic influence to achieve impactful outcomes is essential, as is the ability to engage, lead and influence others at all levels.

Leadership attributes required for this role include being a driver of future readiness, a results achiever and a builder of customer value.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in business, technology or project management.
