About the Role

This is a senior IT position that requires an experienced portfolio manager to oversee technology initiatives across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a unified portfolio function that drives governance excellence and strong engagement frameworks, coordinating business demand while establishing clear prioritisation frameworks for technology investments.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or technology, and significant experience in leading complex project portfolios and delivery teams. They should also have a strategic perspective, anticipating challenges and opportunities, and possess effective use of strategic influence to achieve impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage business acumen and technical expertise to develop effective roadmapping processes and standardise delivery methodologies.
  • Implement comprehensive performance monitoring, risk management, and compliance frameworks to ensure transparency on portfolio health.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including at an executive level, to drive organisational success.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or project management.
  • Proven track record in implementing delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in leading complex project portfolios and delivery teams.
  • Effective use of strategic influence to achieve impactful outcomes.
