
Loyalty Program Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of our Loyalty program. This includes managing the health of our member database, enhancing customer value propositions, and creating automated lifecycle campaigns to foster customer retention.
- Manage the health of our member database through acquisition, enhancements to customer value propositions, and redemption strategies
- Amplify customer value propositions to drive engagement and loyalty
- Develop and manage use cases for segmenting member data and cross-channel campaigns to maximize ROI
- Create and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention and satisfaction
- Influence key stakeholders to execute the Loyalty strategy and drive business results
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver the strategy and key initiatives
You should hold a tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Marketing or Business, with 5+ years' experience leading a team in marketing, loyalty, or CRM. Ideally, you have worked in a high-energy environment, preferably within Retail or FMCG.
