Job Overview

The Value Stream Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of value across all products within Customer Support, ensuring effective identification, prioritisation and shaping of requirements.

  • Understanding the entire value stream and driving delivery support of the strategy, ambitions, and objectives of the leadership collective
  • Maximising the return on investment (ROI) of the development effort across all products within your value stream segment
About The Role

This role involves direct contribution to the design and development of Self Service offerings and the effective migration of customer interaction towards these channels.

  • Support and direct management of Product Owners and their matrix teams to ensure effective identification, prioritisation and shaping of requirements
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive delivery support of the strategy, ambitions, and objectives of the leadership collective
  2. Maximise the return on investment (ROI) of the development effort across all products within your value stream segment
  3. Directly contribute to the design and development of Self Service offerings
  4. Effectively migrate customer interaction towards these channels
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience in a similar role with direct experience managing Product Owners
  • Demonstrated experience in Self Service / Digital Channels and in Channel Migration strategies
  • Ability to foster a team culture that encourages open and transparent communication
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement experience across multiple areas
