Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing project plans using industry-standard frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, and ADKAR methodologies.
  2. Coordinating IT project schedules to ensure alignment with approved designs and project/program plans.
  3. Managing portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and quality to optimize business outcomes.

  5. Maintaining up-to-date portfolio artifacts and contributing to governance improvements.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver work packages and products.
  7. Leading service delivery initiatives for Design, Build, Testing, Transition to Operations, and Technology Change Management.
  8. Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Overseeing procurement activities for hardware, software, and IT services.
  10. Ensuring adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures.
