Front Desk Support Associate Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our Housekeeping department as a Front Desk Support Associate.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Front Desk Support Associate, you will also be responsible for maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped. You will use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols.

Additionally, you will respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort. If any maintenance issues arise, you will report them promptly.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and has excellent communication skills. A previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
