As a **Hotel Guest Service Agent** at The Star Residences, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From handling check-ins and check-outs to addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate room assignments and seamless transitions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, offering personalised solutions and recommendations
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest information and transactions.

**What are we looking for**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Proficiency in computer systems and databases used for guest management (Opera highly regarded)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
