A talented lawyer is required to support this project, focusing on commercial customer and partner deals in APAC.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and sales efforts for Project Kuiper in APAC.
- Provide legal support including structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements with customers and partners.
- Counsel the business team on legal issues related to Project Kuiper's customer and partner contracts.
- Licence to practice law in Australia.
- Experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.
