Job Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide proactive and commercially focused legal support across a broad range of matters.

You will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials, advising on compliance with consumer law and the Spam Act, and supporting the management of our trademark portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders
  • Reviewing and advising on marketing materials
  • Supporting the management of our trademark portfolio
  • Contributing to the development of wholesale products and contractual arrangements
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a current legal practising certificate and 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. You will also have a strong understanding of consumer and competition law.
