Customer Experience Partner
We are seeking an individual to deliver a seamless customer experience for our online customers. As part of our team, you will be working behind the scenes to handle customer queries, process orders and help load vans for our delivery drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using technology to plan routes around the store and select items for delivery
- Working with customers to resolve queries and provide recommendations
- Loading vans for delivery drivers
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Becoming knowledgeable about products and services to make recommendations
Requirements:
- Able to work flexibly across the store as required
- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and technology
- Happy to work early morning shifts in a high-energy environment
- Have great attention to detail to maintain a clean and organized store
