The ideal candidate has a degree-level qualification in engineering, business, economics or other relevant fields. They have significant experience working in the power sector in Australia across generation, distribution or transmission.

The candidate should be an experienced communicator with the ability to build rapport and deliver quality service to internal or external customers. They must also have growing professional networks through proactive industry engagement and professional membership bodies.

The ideal candidate will have business planning experience including commercial management, risk management and planning. They will lead our organisation to achieve its strategic objectives while managing risks effectively.
