Human Resources Internship Opportunity

This internship program offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in HR operational support, including drafting documents, maintaining databases, and supporting projects. You will work closely with our team to contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy, improve processes, and participate in compliance initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:
  1. Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  2. Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
  3. Penultimate year of your Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Psychology, Economics, and due to complete your studies in 2026
  4. Display an innate curiosity, eagerness to learn, positive can-do attitude
  5. Strong communication and organisational skills, high attention to detail and good time management skills
  6. Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all stakeholders
  7. Passionate about delivering customer-focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
