About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Facilities Officer to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing professional, responsive, and effective level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • General repairs and maintenance of all aspects of the clients property portfolio
  • Minor building work and furniture repairs/alterations
  • Remove and/or install whiteboards, plaques, signage and screens
  • Patching and painting as required
  • Building exterior maintenance
  • Support the Facilities team in administrative functions, minor works projects and reporting as and when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role
  • Trade certification or licence in a relevant field will be highly regarded
  • Experience using hand or power equipment
  • Strong interpersonal, decision making skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • This role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely and to protect yours and fellow workers health and safety. You must comply with the requirements of health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.
