Customer Success Advocate will implement engagement and upsell strategies for assigned Academic Institutions, developing strong relationships with faculty through training and other approaches.

The successful candidate will drive usage of our solutions, resulting in higher customer trial conversion, upsell and retention rates.

They will be responsible for positioning us as a leading resource provider by developing customer engagement strategies, developing online user support tools to drive product usage and customer engagement, reporting product usage stats to account managers, and utilizing metrics/KPIs to track the effectiveness of engagement programs and strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with faculty through training and other engagement approaches.
  • Implementing engagement and upsell strategies for assigned Academic Institutions.
  • Driving usage, effectiveness of our solutions, and result in higher customer trial conversion, upsell and retention rates.

Requirements

  • Experience in engaging customers through education, training, and other approaches to increase product adoption and retention.
  • Knowledgeable in clinical, medical, health, education industries.
  • Track record of delivering successful customer retention or training programs.
