Executive Residential Boarding Leader

This is a unique chance for a dedicated leader to shape a safe, inclusive, and culturally supportive environment for students from across Northwest Queensland.
This hands-on role includes on-call responsibilities, after-hours, and weekend work. You will report directly to the Head of Campus and lead a team that makes a positive impact on students' lives.
Responsibilities- Liaise with feeder schools to ensure smooth transitions for students.
- Identify opportunities, resolve issues, and improve outcomes for students by leading and managing the residential boarding campus.
- Foster a supportive community for students to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.
A brief resume including contact details for 2 referees and a written statement in response to the attached role description are required.
About This RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that allows students to grow and develop as individuals. You will work closely with the Head of Campus to achieve our goals and objectives.
