Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Campus Manager to join our Boarding Community. This leadership role will involve shaping a safe, inclusive, and culturally supportive environment for students from across Northwest Queensland.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with feeder schools to ensure a smooth transition for students.
  • Lead the planning and management of the residential boarding campus to improve student outcomes.
  • Foster a community that enables students to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.
Key Requirements
  • A strong background in education and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a hands-on role that includes on-call responsibilities, after-hours, and weekend work. Reporting directly to the Head of Campus will provide opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
