Living Community Director

This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality education and support services to students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the residential boarding campus, overseeing transition programs, and fostering a safe and inclusive community for students to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with feeder schools across northwest Queensland to support transition programs.
- Lead the planning and management of the residential boarding campus to improve outcomes for students.
- Address concerns or issues in the residential boarding campus and provide referrals to support services as necessary.
- A strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
