Role Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Discipline Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary Buildings Services business unit nationally. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop our mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and hydraulics capability to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients across key sectors including Health, Education, Defence, Industrial & Technology, Property, and Transport.
Key Accountabilities:- Provide strategic leadership to our Design & Engineering Business, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Proactively engage with new and existing clients to ensure Arcadis is best placed to deliver on their needs while meeting our commercial objectives.
- Deliver technical guidance and solutions to complex problems.
- Develop your team by providing support and mentoring.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead an established team working on a variety of landmark projects that shape our cities and communities. To be considered for this position, it is anticipated that you will have:
- Extensive experience across all aspects of Buildings projects from an engineering perspective.
- Ideal experience with commercial developers and healthcare networks.
- Well-developed commercial skills, with a sound knowledge of the industry, a demonstrated ability in sales and business development, and entrepreneurship.
- An established local network and track record of delivering exceptional service and solutions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with postgraduate qualifications being highly regarded.
- Proven ability to lead with strong influencing, motivational, and delegation skills.
