Role Description:

As designers, engineers, project managers, consultants, and advisors on projects across Australia, we play an important role in shaping future projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership to our Design & Engineering Business, identifying opportunities and risks.
  2. Proactively engage with new and existing clients to ensure Arcadis is best placed to deliver on their needs while meeting our own commercial objectives.
  3. Deliver technical guidance and solutions to complex problems.
  4. Develop your team by providing support and mentoring.


Requirements:

This is an excellent opportunity to lead an established team working on a variety of landmark projects that shape our cities and communities.


To be considered for this position, it is anticipated that you will have:



  1. Extensive experience across all aspects of Buildings projects from an engineering perspective.
  2. Ideally with commercial developer and healthcare experience and network.
  3. Well-developed commercial skills, with a sound knowledge of the industry, a demonstrated ability in sales and business development, and entrepreneurship.
  4. An established local network and track record of delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  5. Relevant tertiary qualifications with postgraduate qualifications being highly regarded.
  6. Proven ability to lead with strong influencing, motivational, and delegation skills.
